How I clear it
A snake just pokes a hole through the grease. It comes back fast. My hydro jetter scrubs the inside of the pipe wall to wall, so the grease is gone, not just moved. If it's a stubborn line, I run my camera down it so we both know what we're dealing with.
Keep it from coming back
Once a month, run hot water with a good squirt of Dawn dish soap down the drain. Keep grease and coffee grounds out of the sink. That's it.
