How I clear them

I cut the roots out with professional cutters and the hydro jetter. Then I run my camera down the line so you can see the clean pipe on screen.

Will they come back?

Usually, yes. Some of my customers have me back every 2 to 4 years instead of paying to dig up and replace the pipe. That's your call, and I'll give you an honest take on which makes sense.
