Do you charge extra for emergency or after-hours calls?

Yes. Calls after 6 p.m. cost a bit more. I'll tell you the exact rate on the phone before I head your way, so there's no surprise when the job's done.

How fast can you get here?

I keep my schedule light on purpose, so I can move fast when your drain can't wait. In an emergency, I can often head out right away. When you call, I'll give you an honest arrival time. If I'm running behind, I'll call or text you.

What's the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?

A drain snake punches a hole through a solid clog, like hair or paper, to get things moving. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scrub the whole inside of the pipe, blasting out years of grease and food sludge. That way the clog doesn't come right back.

Can you clear tree roots out of my sewer line?

Yes. Roots love sewer lines and cause big backups. I cut them out with professional cutters, then run my sewer camera down the line so you can see the clean pipe on screen.

How can I pay?

Cash, check, or any major credit or debit card. Payment is due when the job is done, unless we've set up business billing ahead of time.
